The front desk staff have terrible customer service skills. They really do the Hilton name a disservice. They ignored waiting guests, acted annoyed to have to check people in, were not willing to even attempt accommodating guests saying they were far too busy (there were only 2 people in the lobby and the phone was not ringing - but questions were too much for the person behind the desk). And it smelled bad. Thankfully I only had to stay one night. The staff at the restaurant for dinner however were lovely! Very friendly and had great suggestions.

The walls are thin. We changed room because the person in the next room sounded so loud having an extended phone conversation. The front desk did accommodate us.

Not at all to the standard you think of as Hilton. There was no one to help us with our bags and we had a lot of bags and someone with a disability with us, and we came at 6pm it wasn’t as if it was the middle of the night. The floor on the room was FILTHY, I walked in my socks for one minute and they were covered with some tan dust. The shower curtain came to about half an inch ABOVE the tub so the entire floor was flooded after showering. Definitely don’t recommend.

Although DoubleTree doesn't typically have a bellman on hand, there is almost always someone who can assist with bags when required. We're disappointed to hear that wasn't the case for you. We will be following up on all of your concerns. Thank you.

This is listed as 4-stars, but it's actually a 3.5 star hotel. That being said it's a crappy 3.5 star hotel. There was mold in our room. The wallpaper was cracked. the ceiling had patches. They also charged me $6 for something after I left even though I didn't use anything in the room other than the bed and toilet.

Our stay was ok. Friendly, nice staff. Assuming cleaning is understaffed, hallways dirty/room mirror not cleaned, furnishings worn, linens wrinkled. Just not the quality I would expect for a Hilton. Pool facilities very small, and old, lots of wear and tear. Pool looks really different in photos. Nice touch with the cookies though. They were really good. Easy location for airport though. Very convenient.

Bad experience I had to be switched rooms nothing worked I wa told stay came with breakfast and was charged over 50 dollars kids could not swim people was being baptized in water I was harassed by employees when getting breakfast with my kids breakfast said they had food and and limited food was provided for me and my kids

I booked a double bed room and when I got there they informed me they didn’t have any of those rooms left. They only had a king bed & pull out sofa which I did not want but had no choice. The pull out sofa was barely a mattress. The entire hallway on our floor smelled like marijuana and I had children with me. I called down for linen and extra pillows and no one came. I had to call down 4 times before someone actually brought them up. And it was after 9pm that they were actually delivered. Again I had children with me that needed to go to bed but had to wait for a pillow. Terrible experience.

The property is nice the lobby has a restaurant. Staff was really nice. The room was nice except it wasn’t cleaned properly. It smelled like vomit or old milk. The floor was sticky and the heat didn’t work. I called downstairs about the heat and someone immediately came to fix it. But they never came to mop or get rid of the smell. There’s no microwave in the room just a really old one with a turn dial in the hallway by the elevator not really convenient when traveling with an infant. Didn’t think to ask ahead. There’s a mini fridge in the room that works quiet well but it’s sitting on the floor. Beds were clean and comfy bathroom was clean also aside from the smell.

According to Hilton. They do not guarantee your room selection when you book your room through Expedia. Reserved a king room. Given a 2 double bed room. Had to go back to the desk and request my reservation. Not sure who is f’d up here. Not too pleased with the whole process.

We're so sorry to hear you were disturbed by noise outside of your window. The property does not have any deliveries scheduled between the hours of 8 PM and 7 AM, and certainly had nothing delivered at 1:30 AM. Unfortunately, as much as we wish we did, we do not have full control of the surrounding areas and neighbors. Again, we are terribly sorry to hear that you were disturbed overnight. The window in our room did not lock, so it wouldn’t close properly. It was a very windy night- the gap created a whistling sound. The heater kept kicking on and it was extremely loud. Not much sleep- bed was comfy, though.
