We travelled around 6 hours in summer and totally exhausted when we entered in to this facility,
1. The assigned room #116 was failed to allows us in and we were assigned with other one
2. Room #225 The rest room door lock function is intermittent
3. Room #225 Rest room exhaust fan sounds like we’re are in generator room
4. No WiFi coverage, TV itself not detecting the WIFI
5. The huge pain point is, 1 among 2 beds were just a broken cardboard- felt like lying on U shaped cardboard…
After all, Its not even eligible for payment but how they charge for 140 CAD for these room ???
We have been told, since all rooms were booked, we can cancel and move out with refund,
Booked the other one with increased price, since last minute booking, after all, I have paid 35~40CAD EXTRA to book another room at SUPER 8… it’s a loss for me…
It’s responsibility of Expedia to ensure the listed hotels were good enough,
