"At the arrival we couldn’t find any parking spot at the Hotel. So we had to drive around and wait until someone left and we were able to park the car to start the check in process. Staff is friendly! The room wasn’t spotless clean but it was ok for 2 nights however the beds were very small ( twin size) . All in all we enjoyed staying at Berkeley hotel in Richmond VA. Hope we’ll have the chance to come back again! "

"I felt completely spoiled during our entire stay! They have thought of almost everything and the service was excellent! "If I stated everything I loved about the property I’d be here forever, only negatives I have are the toilet in my room was leaking when I got there, which was fixed asap but then it would continuously try to fill the tank with water and I’d have to manually drop the lid after each use. 2 I never got a WiFi password and the cable signal was poor, with and without the storm. Minor inconveniences, excellent service of I go anywhere else with a graduate in town I will be staying there "

"The room was good, clean, and even had little dove bottles of soap and shampoo. Front desk person was very friendly and got us checked in quick. Only complaint was the entire hotel smelled like weed which seems to be a trend in this area. I’ve traveled here a few times and all the hotels smell this way which is awful. Additionally we had to listen to stomping all night long from the floor above us. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t too bad. "
