"The bathroom was exceptional. But the room felt dirty and dusty. When we turned the AC on, 3 cockroaches fell out and the smell was so bad we had to turn it off again. We won’t stay here again."

"Second overnight stay.
As a single female traveller felt very safe,
I feel the bedroom carpets need a deep clean to enhance the hotel rating.
The most disappointing is the restaurant.
It should be busy and buzy but it isn’t.
Menu had serval missing items and the wine I chose was not available either,
I mentioned that my steak was very grizzly.
The above are my own observations.
I would stay again and I would recommend if that’s the location you need to be in.
Once again the reception staff were...

"The hotel was very clean. The room we stayed in looked updated with new carpet, paint and bathroom. The airport shuttle was most important and was free. This hotel is within walking distance to the ferry which is a must do. The food at the hotel restaurant is pricey and there isn’t much around as far as food options. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"Ideally located for me. a 10 minute walk to Story Bridge. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was limited for choice, it was simply a coffee shop at the front of the hotel where you could pick one food item and one drink from the menu. Free overnight car parking was available on the street. This isn't clearly stated when booking so I had prepaid the underground car park. I would use this hotel again."
