"This place needs an entire makeover. The staff were super nice and the views were beautiful. It’s in a great location but the rooms are run down. The free kayaks and bikes were in terrible condition and the pool was dirty and had many visible concrete holes on the bottom. The WiFi and ice machine were both not working and the water pressure was almost nonexistent. "

"There is no beach, it’s rocks then water, the view of the ocean was very nice and when the tide gets low you can start waking on the water, always use the kayaks for fishing or just to have a good time."

"Very clean property with comfortable beds, new flat screen TV. The daily breakfast had many choices. There was plenty of food that the wonderful staff kept full. I liked the coffee choices as well as the array of conditions. The private beach was well kept with plenty of lounge chairs to accommodate many guests. "There is a really great Mexican place to walk to and a great bagel place that also serves breakfast and lunch. The boats have air conditioning, 2 large beds, bathroom and living area with a couch, small kitchen and table. It was very relaxing. We will definitely go back. Also has a beautiful pool and games for kids. Definitely a 10!!"

"We loved the location and quiteness. The broken elevator was a true inconvenience with elderly family members huffing up 4 flights of stairs and the person to help was no where. Entering was easy, as someone just opened the gate, but the next day the gate guy said we should have stopped and got a pass, he never came out of the booth the first night. Check in is off location, but check out is simple. Our room was okay, the other family members had a terrible mattress. "

"Property appeared run-down, not well maintained. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was not ready when advertised and lacked variety. Check in staff was rude and hurriedly showed us to our room. My husband and I had stayed here several years before and returned twice after that with 2other couples: Definitely not the same quality 😔"

"Our stay was nothing short of Amazing. It's a very quiet property, which we really enjoyed. Everything was very clean. Kayaking was so beautiful near the resort in the mangroves. We were able to spot several manatees and a small shark on our kayaking adventures. The scones were the absolute BEST!!! We stay in the Manatee room (room 1) during our stay.
