I have been staying at this place multiple times. Generally, the staff is friendly, safe, and in a convenient area. However, their service needs improvement. Even though no customers are around, an order of one beer can take up to five minutes to wait. I'm unsure what it is, but maybe the manager's style is chill. Otherwise, it's a nice place to chill and be quiet. Rooms are fine. I will give the place another try.

First of all - the pool is disappointing. And also, the service is very slow in the restaurant. However, slow service seems to be de rigeur all over Namibia. That said the food in the restaurant was fantastic. The staff were amazing. Truly amazing. We had a lot of fun with them and they were almost like family at the end of the two weeks. The rooms are what you pay for, bt they are very quiet, clean and safe. I can't wait to stay there again.

The place was functional. Three of us shared a room but there was only one bath and one hand towel in the room. The photo the guesthouse uses shows a well lit room but we found ours very dingy and the curtains in the room didnt offer as much privacy as i would have liked ... they didnt properly fit the window.
