We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. "It was everything we required for a one night stay , it provided kitchen facilities that enabled a meal to be cooked. It is very well situated and easy to find right next to the main motorway from Auckland however there were no eateries that we found close hence the meal cooking "

"I wasnt very impressed with the standard of the room. Although it was clean it had a lot of obvious damage on appliances, floors and walls. None of the heaters appeared to work. There was no welcome booklet with information about the apartment. Our allocated carpark that we had to pay extra for had a car in it which was needing to be towed away. You have to check in next door at Gateway Hotel, and they give u room key. When went to our room the hallways were lined with dirty sheets piled everywhere and old towels scattered over the floor - everywhere. Not even piled in a heap, much less placed in a laundry bin. "Easy check in and very friendly staff! Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The Accommodation is very convenient with supermarkets and food outlets close by.
