"This hotel is fine as long as you are not put on the second floor which is right above the 24 hour gym they have in the hotel. You will hear everything loud music to running machines etc, the staff seem to know it is an issue but it seems the hotel do not want to fix it. The first night I got very little sleep and they could not move on the second night I got moved to another floor and it was fine"

"Possibly my top experience EVER in a hotel stay! Staff were always available, extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The layout was really perfect with a bar/resturaunt downstairs. Every detail in the room had been thought out: a motion sensitive light under the bed so if you got up at night, it lit the floor. Comfortable bedding and pillows. Easy access to lighting and phone charging. Everything very clean and organized. Nice, modern decor. The location was great, within easy walking distance shops, food and historical sites. All in all, it could not have been more perfect!"

"The hot breakfast could have offered more choices (mushrooms? Black Pudding?)and could have had much higher quality baked beans and sausages. Poor choice of fruit, few healthy options like nuts and seeds, no marmalade and only apricot jam. I didn't see any alternative milks. Please get rid of those awful jam dispensers. "
