"Breakfast was great and so were the morning people. The room they gave us was for handicapped so as a physical therapist I sincerely hope that it was not needed by someone with a disability. The outdoor window shade did not go down so we felt like we were in a fish bowl and had to turn all the lights off to change. 244 was our room. Also the air conditioner sounded like a jet engine and each time it clicked on we tried to figure which airline we were on and we are plane would stop. But all in all it was great. I would educate your staff to help people know where food or restaurants are as she was clueless. A handout is always nice!"
