"There was a HORRIBLE SMELL of MOLD in our room. There was no one except an operator to help with this, and they did not help at all. Literally a toxic smell.
The pillowcases had dirt on them. I took photos when we arrived. The sheets were scratchy, and the towels were extremely cheap and thin. I had to put my pj top over the pillow because of the scratchy linens.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"Nice apartment, clean and comfortable but had one major problem. Since we took public transportation from the airport to the hotel, we were on foot and as is typical for Boston streets, they are laid out like spaghetti, no rhyme or reason to their layout, and poor or lacking in signage completely. Long story short we got totally lost and tried calling for directions via the number for the "available front desk 24/7". The only number we were given. Turns out front desk does not have a phone...
