Unfortunately both our room and our son and daughter in law’s rooms were not clean. The bathroom floors had hair on them, underneath the beds were dirty and furniture was stained. The views are amazing and the staff are helpful and friendly but the rooms definitely should be cleaned better.

Hotel Ballast Wilmington, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
We were very disappointed in our room (937) for what we paid for the room. Our tv kept turning off took forever for it to come back on. The room was not clean at all, the mirror in bathroom , the bathtub, the floors. The toilet seat was loose when sitting on it , felt like it was rocking.

Comfort Inn University
The cushion chair was very dirty with stains(have photos if I can post I will) and the desk chair was totally worn, should’ve been put in the trash a while ago. The bathroom was clean and beds were good. Carpet was filthy ( also have pics) staff was very helpful
