"Could not process credit cards the first evening. Restaurant closed. Guest washing machine out of order. 3 night stay but housekeeping never made a single appearance. Ran out of towels and facial tissue. Water and tea/coffee never replenished. Key cards deactivated on second night of stay. Bathtub could not be used. No stopper. Shower curtain too short. Water everywhere. Overall clean and quiet but very disappointed. Free onsite parking was the only bonus."

"Rated 3 as We stayed at a 1 king bedroom on the 3rd floor for 3 nights. Room was a bit dusty and only provided 2 towels. Our shower gel was empty when we got to our room, good thing we had extra. We asked for refill 3 times but was never completed. Room was dark and didnt have a rug for the bathroom everytime you shower it floods. I would recommend this place if you want a affordable and want convenient location to trains and busses and tourist spots like michigan ave/river walk. Near to...

"An excellent hotel with fantastic modern amenities. The 6th floor was another jewel with, sauna, gym, median room and outdoor pool and bbq area. Excellent quiet areas for meetings too. It is an excellent location that’s walking distance to the mart, early, state street the river and the magnificent mile. And if you are tired and don’t want to use the fully equipped kitchen, just Uber and have your food dropped off at the front desk."

"The front desk staff at night and during the day upon checkout were incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly. Our original hotel was oversold and the front desk staff at that “unnamed” hotel just a few blocks away were awful and rude. It was a welcoming experience to come to this hotel and be greeted pleasantly and with a warm smile. Really appreciative of this after what was a long day of travel and confusion. Thank you, and I’d have no hesitation of recommending this hotel to my friends."
