"I was impressed by how efficiently the hotel handled not only check-in and check-out, but also providing information and allowing guests to contact the reception through an iPad. I was also impressed by how I could use the panel in the room to set the "Do Not Disturb" sign and request room cleaning, instead of hanging a tag on the door. In addition, I appreciated the security system in the elevator, which only allowed access to the floors corresponding to each guest's key card."

"We have stayed at this Rydges two years ago and found it ideally located in Sydney. The rooms are nice and reasonably spacious, and housekeeping is generally good. We didn't have breakfast included this time and that proved expensive. Kaz's Cafe two doors up in Pitt St was good value if you don't want the full buffet. The hotel is still favoured by aircrews, so breakfast can be hectic. Staff are always nice. Only 2 lifts were working while we visited, but the staff seemed unaware and there were...

"Superior room with amenities, kettle, fridge, ironing board. Slightly smallish in size so getting around the room with luggage on d floor can b quite unpleasant. Location was good as tram is located on behind Street. Hotel Itself is well located to go around Buffet breakfast was quite limited in choices, good enuf for most appetite. Had Western dinner with taste as acceptable. Overall happy with the stay "

"Hotel location was peaceful and the receptionist were very kind all the time. There is one time children room the light bulb went off so when we inform them..the action was fast. In the standard room the heater was slow and a bit old...so very noisy during night as we need it in winter time. Breakfast very simple and nice. Wi-fi was very good.
