"The staff were definitely on island time and things were a little disorganized. The room was nice, and most of the staff were nice. There was no food or drink service at the pools. We had to ask for sodas in the restaurant multiple times, and sometimes didn't even get them before we were done eating. The beach areas were nice. The restaurant schedules were a little strange and after a certain time, there was only one place to get food. "

"The staff were so nice and helpful. It’s a small resort and on the other side of the island. If you’re interested in just relaxing and doing absolutely nothing, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, you can book tours, experiences, or car rental/service at the front desk for an additional fee. This is a different all inclusive where there isn’t room service or multiple restaurants to choose from. There is one bar and one restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner at set times....

"The good- We stayed in one of the royal palm rooms on the beach and it was beautiful. Mini split ac kept room very comfortable, nice bed and bathroom and the location on the beach was perfect. Entire resort feels very private and not crowded in any way. The views were amazing, the water was amazing, and the beachfront dinner was AMAZING(beyond worth the upgrade). The daily maid service was awesome great, leaving our room perfect everyday. Anyone saying the royal palm rooms were a far walk must...
