"It occurs to me that people mostly write reviews when they absolutely love something or are wildly angry. So, I'll weigh in here to fill in the gap. Shut your eyes and imagine a suburban Holiday Inn Express on a busy road. This hotel is exactly what you are picturing. It is clean, quiet, and safe. I liked the pillows. There is a Dairy Queen next door and a really excellent donut shop across the road. The staff is pleasant. Breakfast has hot and cold options, and it's okay! Five minutes after leaving this hotel, there is nothing in particular you will remember about it. However, it was $110 per night, and it absolutely gets the job done."

"Lacinda was wonderful. She greeted me immediately with a smile - and was very efficient and accomodating with my check-in. I will be back !!"

"The rooms are clean, but they have those extra tall beds that makes it hard for short people to get in bed. A little stool would really help. Also, there is no place to hang your clothes in the bathroom. There are NO hooks and the toilet doesn't have a lid. The breakfast is not bad but kind of limited too. I was impressed though they did room service without being asked."

"The elevator did not work after a fire alarm went off - according to staff there is a contract dispute with the elevator company and they have not responded to numerous requests by the hotel. This is a hazard that should not hapoen because of a contract dispute. Patrons would have to walk all the floors with their luggage due to an elevator issue . This is dangerous someone at a higher Hotel mgmt should get this resolved. Unsatisfactory. "
