"Love the rooms and the property grounds. Everything is clean however the indoor pool, which was the main reason for staying here was a huge disappointment full of unruly kids, not being watched by their parents. Honestly, I think some of them were sneaking in to use the facilities and not actually staying there, I do think management should find a way to oversee the indoor pool that way it’s enjoyable for everybody. "

"Our little apartment was perfect for our needs. The bed was comfy and the kitchenette was so helpful. The check in process was totally overwhelming. It was way too much after a day of travel. To many papers, too many conversations. There was coercion to get us to view another property for an incentive. The gated entrances were annoying. There was no streaming, just cable."

"I will book again. The staff was wonderful and eager to assist. The room was spacious accommodating. You're fully responsible for your own meals but the water park makes up for it all. The lodge has activites planned out all day with a wonderful app to help guide you. I was surprised when I arrived and there was a $20 daily parking fee, I didn't see that anywhere on the website. But my trip was great,"
