Check in was horrendous. Checked in early, room was not ready which was ok. We came back that evening, checked in “again” at a different reservation desk and different place. Then was sent to another desk to get our keys to get a big spill on a timeshare. After arguing for an hour that I was not interested I finally get to go to my room/unit. I booked a handicap accessible room keep in mind and it was steps up to the unit. So I get in my van and drive back to the reservation desk to let them know it was not accessible to get into. We waited almost another hour to get switched to another unit that had a ramp to the unit but the unit was not accessible. By this time we are very tired I didn’t care we only wanted a bed. We had to move furniture just so my handicapped wheelchair user daughter could get in the door. It was just a miserable check in process.
