"Good central location with excellent transport links. Close to lots of restaurants and bars and the main tourist attractions. The hotel staff were all very friendly. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and great shower. We were at the back of the hotel which was very quiet."

"We had a wonderful time at Penn’s View! There were three of us in a room with two queen beds & it felt surprisingly spacious. It’d be nice to get a room with a view the next time we’re here, but there was a sweet view from a window near the elevator that we took advantage of every time we walked by. The staff was very helpful & the property nice & clean. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, but the bar was lovely - both the bartenders & our drinks made it very worthwhile! We didn’t have a car, but...

"First the good stuff, it’s very clean and has friendly staff. However, for the price, it’s not worth it. The beds are extremely uncomfortable & older. We asked for no feather bedding/pillows due to allergies when we booked(2 months in advance & received a message confirming), when we checked in right at 3pm they advised us they didn’t have a room without feathers ready so we had to wait. They did give us a late check out for the trouble, but when we got to the room both beds had feather pillows....

"I travel a lot and this hotel and staff are the best!!! EVERYONE we came into contact with, from the adjacent parking garage, to reception, to breakfast today were so welcoming and helpful!!! The breakfast was the best I’ve seen in a long time. Real, fresh fruit. Lots of options and clean. The gentleman manager was so welcoming. The entire staff seemed to authentically care and that’s unheard of these days in our experience and in a city that can be intimidating. My 21 year old son and I...
