I booked the room and called less than 8 hours later with a death in my family and your front desk told me I could cancel the reservation with Expedia that all they had to do was reach it and you would accept the cancellation and when Expedia did you denied it. "No hair dryer in room as advertised. Ice makers hard to find. Self parking advertised was hard to find for hotel. Ended up in valet for hotel marked. "

"We stayed overnight before our flight and parked at the hotel for the duration of our trip. When we came home, we called for the hotel shuttle as instructed. We were told the shuttle would leave the hotel at 7:30 and pick us up at 7:37. We were in place waiting for him by 7:25. At 7:45 I called the hotel and was told we'd missed him and he'd be back at 8:11. There's no way we missed him -- he just didn't come. Person at the front desk was no help. We ended up Ubering back to our car. This is the last time we'll waste our time with Holiday Inn. Room was also not very clean."

"Hotel was fine for what I needed. Comfortable room, shuttle to the airport and close enough to Cincinnati for the Red Sox Reds series. Breakfast was ok. A few hot items and the usual toast bagles and boxed mini donuts. No fresh fruit or OJ available. during my 5 day stay and no yogurt the last two nights."
