No service staff at the pool or beach. Disappointing for a large brand (Hilton). Most wait staff indifferent with no smiles. Not very hospitable. Everywhere else on the island the people were warm and friendly. Most of the hotel staff, too. Just not the bar staff.

The check in lines were long and the workers appeared to be very disorganized. Other than that I had wonderful vacation.

The staff at this property was the BEST I have ever experienced. The property was horrific. I saw multiple roaches in my room. I went and told the manager and the upgraded me to an ocean view on the beach room were the door had a large crack in it and I was bitten by mosquitoes all night long. I ...
