"Our bedsheets were dirty and had hairs on them. The front office had a smell to it. Maybe consider using an air freshener. In the middle of the night like 1am the downstairs neighbors on the far end were playing loud music/TV and had people over. Anyway, the manager was nice."

"Not the best area or clientele. Staff never seemed to be around and when they were seemed focused on things other than customer service. Would not choose extended stay America again."

"They had the wrong room listed when booked they didn’t have a decent breakfast both mornings I was there and they didn’t make beds or anything while I was gone "

"The breakfast was not very good this time. The parking is off site and costs 10$. The hotel lobby is clean and nice but the room was just okay. The bathroom had a bunch of broken tiles and the shower head was broken. The lighting was terrible. There were a bunch of clothing items and dirty shoes under the bed. The elevator is terrifying and we were on the top floor. The temp in the room wouldn’t stay consistent and the AC was super loud and woke me up all night. The staff was very sweet and the location is great though."
