"I booked a non-smoking room and was placed in a room that smelled like someone locked himself in there and chain smoked for a week straight. The staff was very helpful and placed me in a different room. It too smelled like previous attendees had smoked in that room but it wasn't nearly as strong as the previous room, so it was tolerable. The locks on the two windows were broken (ground floor) and one of them had broke glass as well. If someone on the outside wanted in, they could have easily...

"There are only two reasons to choose this hotel: its low price and its location—a 10-minute walk to the city train. Other than that, it falls short in many areas: poor management, understaffing (one person seems to handle everything), lack of attention to refilling breakfast items, weak wifi, and non-standard blankets and pillows, to name a few."

"Booked a “non smoking” room. When we entered the room we were hit with a very thick and strong smell of cigarette smoke. They refused to give us a refund. We ended up having to go somewhere else because of how bad the smell was. Will not book here again. Do not recommend."
