The staff was not very pleasant at check in, my daughter needed another blanket , call and asked they told her to come get one . The breakfast was disgusting. All carbs ! The beds were very hard and very tiny hard pillows . I will not be back . Also, they don’t offer veteran discount ( other people in the breakfast area were upset about this as well … memorial weekend at that.

The hallways smelled of pot. Considering I have very bad migraines. I was not happy to have to deal with this while I was coming and going to and from my room. I called down to the front desk and basically they could care less.

At first I was so skeptical because of some reviews that we read, but we still gave it a try and honestly it was great. Front desk guys were very nice, room was clean and up to standards. At least ours was. Pool was clean. I read that someone saw the water green, BUT it’s like that because it’s a little discolored not because the water was green or dirty lol. Overall we liked our stay. Breakfast they serve waffles, bagels, coffee. No eggs or bacon which was fine since our favorite spot is Julie’s Cozy cafe whenever we come to town! Definitely check it out and prices are amazing!! You will not be disappointed. There is also a 24hr gas station up the block for snacks and drinks

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is a fantastic value. The bathroom is very clean with attractive floor tile and granite counters. There are a lot of amenities including refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and iron in the room. I highly recommend it.

The micro hotel was nice and clean, but at the enter people smoke that l didn’t like. The toilet was clog , the other guess have kids and we’re running in the hallways at 2:am in the morning

It was clean but outdated , banged up. Shows a picture of hot breakfast but the only options are cereal or a waffle and smaller things like yogurt and an apple. It was ok but overpriced for what it is.

The staff was very friendly. The tv is way to small, not many channels on the tv and there is no counter space in the bathroom. I put some bathroom supplies on he bathroom sink and it fell off , the sink was not even.

I read many of the reviews Brie booking but figured I’d give the place a chance since it was only a 1 night stay. Upon my arrival , the last at the from desk was not very friendly and dressed unprofessionally. I am not one to judge and I don’t know their dress code or uniform policy, but she appeared to have just walked in from the street. No name tag or hotel brand on her clothing. My room was assigned to me, it was the first room on the first floor, right on the side of the front desk and the loud laundry room. The outside door was marked as a handicap room which was ok until I got in. The room was fully handicap accessible, including a roll in shower. Because the shower was a roll in shower the shower head was much lower than a standard shower and there was no way of be able to fit under it to shower. I went to the front to so for another room and was given the room right next door to the handicap room. After moving into the new room I quickly discovered that the toilet would not flush so I picked up the phone to call the front desk. Well the phone had no cord connected to it so I was unable to use the phone and had to go to the front desk. Maintenance came and jiggled a few things in the toilet tank to get it to flush and the manager went into another room to get me a phone cord. An hour later I go to use the tiny TV and it does not work. Nothing would come in and it was just a rainbow of colors so I call the front desk again and was told someone would be over to fix it.
