"This property has a full kitchen but no onsite food service. However there are excellent restaurants about a mile away in downtown Moab.
The views from the south facing rooms are gorgeous.
Only half a mile to Arches National Monument."
"The property was a relatively "minimalist" setup (in the rooms), catered to bicyclists (with the racks on the room walls, had a nice room rate, and had a bunch of great staff members (all of which I liked a lot).
The two items that made me give you three of five stars (which focus on the sleep I get which is most important to me and my wife) are:
1) The air conditioning system was noisy; it reminded me of one in a very old hotel). My wife and I had driven 500+ miles on June 10th, had 500+ more miles to drive the next day, and we could not fall asleep as quicky as we needed to. Regardless of the lack of proper sleep, we made it to our next destination in one piece!
2) Somewhat in the same lane as #1, the Main Street rode noise was not dampened at all even though were were on the third floor (Room 308). If I had know of this problem ahead of time, I definitely would have requested a room on the other side of the hotel. I was even woken by street noise between 2:30am and 3am in the morning.
Unfotunately, we left early the morning of June 11th so did not have time for breakfast. I expect it would have been wonderful!"
"Had a handicapped king reserved was assigned a double. Questioned it and got moved to the correct room. Breakfast was busy first thing had normal selections. No other fruits other than grab & go bananas, apples & oranges. Would like some melon, cantaloupe, watermelon, pineapple, blueberries, strawberries etc. Nice coffee machines (2) grinds beans, brews and pours all on 2 button pushes (caff or decaf, start). 1st morning breakfast sat at a table that had an inch long roach on the floor :(. Room had plenty of channels on 48-54 in tv. Had auto day and nite shades (wall mount controls) :). Pool was spacious and architecturally adorned. All staff encountered very nice and courteous. Location was close (2 miles) from downtown Moab w access to all needs. (Didn’t use a grocery)."
