Property has lots of potential but needs serious maintenance repairs, remodeling, and cleaning a must. You can see the molds, rotten ceilings and very bad condition on whole building inside and outside.

Everything about it was terrible. The place was dirty, the fixtures were rusted and falling off. There was no one around for assistance. People were being loud and disruptive in the middle of the night and no one said a thing. The pool was dirty the hot tubs were dirty and again no one around to supervise or clean

Realistically it is exactly what you expect for the price. The only thing that really bothered me was the lack of a do not disturb option. But it makes sense with the area for safety reasons Alot of partying in the area and you never know if someone may be laid out from a wild not and not able to get back up. But they did well. Place was clean for the most part but not really staffed at the desk during the day which was weird.

The pool could have been cleaner. The older lady at the front desk gave me false information when I got there and told me that my trip had not been paid for yet, but the gentleman clarified that what she said was incorrect, but she was very rude and unprofessional and did not know what she was talking about. The guy said that she has been there for 10 years and this is not the first time that she has acted like that but other than her everybody else was fine. They also need to have somebody monitor the pool because there were children swimming in there during lightning storm and obviously the parents were not watching so I think that somebody should be there to monitor situations like that to protect safety.

The motel had poor conditions and the cool air was not working properly. It was poor house keeping service and customer sevice available. We had problems with the ice machine working,but a great balcony view of the beach.

I do not know how this hotel is still in business. From staff being rude to the rooms being just disgusting, please do not waste your time or money here! We booked this after reading reviews that made it seem like a decent hotel, dated, but that’s not an issue for us. But once we got there we realized we made a big mistake. First we got into town a little early so we stopped at the hotel for the possibility that our room was ready early, it was not. They told us we could still park there and can come back around 3:30-4:00 to check in, ok no big deal, but traveling with two small children we asked if they had a restroom, no public bathroom. Leave, come back others getting their rooms, nope we were told had to wait until 4:00. Finally get our room key and we are on the 5th floor, again no big deal, except the outer wall way to our room the railing was not sturdy at all! Get into our room and it was just disgusting. The sheets were stained, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the sliding door barely worked, the hot tub below our balcony was green. We immediately tried to get a refund to find a different room, we were refused a refund but we still did not stay and found somewhere else. Save yourself the hassle and money and go elsewhere to start.

We absolutely LOVED it there. Reasonably priced and loved the room with the view. We were across the street from the entrance to the boardwalk (and chickie & Pete's lol) I had two 15 year old girls with me so the two rooms with the bathroom/changing room in the middle was PERFECT.The staff was more than accommodating and very helpful and friendly. I actually ended up writing this review because I logged on here to see about booking another weekend coming up there. I will not pick any other place to stay in Wildwood before this one. Kids can go to the boardwalk, adults have a steakhouse/bar first floor of the hotel. Everything is just super convenient to get to from the hotel. Definitely check this place out if you plan on spending the night in Wildwood!

The best part of this stay was the location. Our room was not clean. There were dirty towels in the bathroom and items in the freeze. Floor did not feel swept. Bathroom sink also did not want to drain. Staying for just one night we made do.
