Good facilities but inconsistent customer service

Pretty location and hotel with good facilities (pool and spa are good). Most disappointing is the inconsistency of the hotel staff/service. Woman in charge of breakfast is brilliant (and breakfast is very good). Just wish all staff followed her and Ahmed's examples as other staff were rude (wife was accused of losing hotel season ski pass and comic incident where she was told "bye" multiple times when asking for milk for kids outside restaurant hours etc.). As my Zurich friends tell me, it's part knock-on effect of local staffing issues due to Corona, part language barrier with some staff, and just part lack of customer service culture (was told to go to Austria if I want decent service). Overall experience was enough not to return unfortunately...

It is nice. Staff tried to be helpful. No WiFi in 2 rooms, we switch 2 room bevor we get one with constant WiFi. One rooms TV was broken, nobody tell us that, we figured it out after we moved in. Restaurant are fine, pricy like everything in Switzerland. Stuff was not really nice, kinder neglecting us, probably because we were with small children. Not bad, but for this price schuld have been much better…

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub

Man fühlt sich rundum wohl... in den sehr schön renovierten Zimmern, im Wellness-Bereich und auch in den Restaurants mit sehr persönlichem Service. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne!

Wunderbarer Wellnessbereich. Das Frühstücksbuffet was sensationell und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist schön eingerichtet und bietet für jeden etwas. Schade war, dass wir zu 4 waren und das Zimmer nur für zwei Personen ausgelegt war. Das Ausziehsofa musste noch bezogen werden und die Handtücher fehlten. In der Bar waren die Kegelanlage und die Dartmaschine leider nicht von guter Qualität.

Tolle Lage, sehr gutes Essen & Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal mit persönlicher Begrüßung und Bedienung durch die Hausherren. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und es gab viele Kleinigkeiten, die die Nachhaltigkeit des Hotels unterstreichen.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Angenehmes Hotel, sehr gute Betreuung guter Service, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Das Hotel liegt zudem an guter Lage um mit dem ÖV (Postauto) schöne Tagesausflüge zu unternehmen.

Symphatisches Familienhotel

Renoviertes und komfortables Familienhotel mit 2 Restaurants die beide vorzügliche Speisen servieren. Auch die Bar hat viel Charme und lädt mit Kegelbahn, Billard und Tögglikasten zum verweilen ein. Frischgezapftes Bier war für mich ein toller Pluspunkt in sämtlichen Outlets. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und motiviert, die Gastgeberfamilie kommt jeweils persönlich in den Restaurants vorbei um die Gäste zu begrüssen. Die Wellness-Attika ist toll wenn auch die Sauna zu klein. Werde sicher wiederkommen.

Toll - wir kommen wieder!

Für Reisende mit Hund werden keine Näpfe und kein Bettchen bereitgestellt, das ist insofern kein „Problem“ aber gut zu wissen. Corona Massnahmen wurden toll umgesetzt! Wir haben uns auch in dieser komischen Zeit sehr sicher gefühlt!

Sehr gute Lage Das Badezimmer überläuft schnell, da die Dusche nicht abgegrenzt ist. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Essen im Restaurant liess stark zu wünschen übrig.

Alles top!

Alles super, Zimmer sauber, pool sauber un ruhig, Service nett aber repektvoll. Das essen in Restaurant immer lecker und mit lokalen Produkte gekocht. Der Frühstück lässt keinen Wünsch offen. Kinder sind wirklich willkommen. Der Skibus vor der Türe, und in Unterwasser immer noch Schnee aber nicht so viele Leute. Wir kommen jedes Jahr und werden wenn möglich weiter so machen.

Das Hotel ist vom professionellen und freundlichen Service und dem kulinarischen Angebot her eher ein viersterne Hotel! Sehr gute und fantasievolle Speisekarte - perfekt gekocht, aufmerksame und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Schöner Innen-Pool Bereich zum entspannen. Einzig unser Zimmer war sehr klein - aber für zwei Nächte ging es. Fazit: Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr netter Empfang, moderne und der Umgebung entsprechende Zimmer (Holzdekor). Wir haben sehr gut à la Carte gegessen. Der Wellness-Bereich ist attraktiv unter dem erneuerten Dach mit tollem Ausblick. Der Früstücksraum hat Erneuerungspotenzial.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel

Wir kommen hier immer wieder im Sommer wie im Winter weil hier Alles stimmt. Das Hotel wird für eine Familie geführt und ist es ideal für Familien. Weil es ein Kleines Hotel ist, kann immer noch familiär sein. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Dated, but similar to others in area

This hotel has two wings, one has been updated and is nicely modern, the other is trapped in the 70's. Tiny green linoleum bathroom, tiny room with outdated furniture and wallpaper of burlap. Water stains were on walls and lamp shade. Restaurant is good and staff are lovely and helpful. Held my bag for me while I checked out the area after check out and gave me directions to local hiking areas. No AC, and trucks outside grind gears all night. Clearly meant for winter accommodations. They do have a spa, and wifi throughout.
