"Very clean. When we arrived the room was ready. The room was nice and they had the room cool and comfortable. Crackers Barrel was directly across the street and could have walked over. Wendy’s to the right of the hotel so you could walk there as well. Would recommend it if you are going to be in Prattville!"

"We stayed one night on the way to the beach. The room was not overly clean. The floors were quite dirty and got feet dirty when walking in the room. It was fine for 1 night, but we expected it to be cleaner and a little nicer based on pictures/reviews."

"I really loved this hotel. The staff was amazing! They were so kind and helpful. They were understanding and kind when I had an issue at checkout time. Then property was well maintained. Whatever I needed from housekeeping was provided. They have a cute outdoor area, where you can bbq or just sit outside, next to the pool, which is open. Breakfast was lovely. "There was poop in our room under the bed. I wish I was joking but unfortunately true. We have pictures. Also the sheet that covered the box spring was covered with crumbs and dead bugs. We did get a new room but when checked there was a makeup bag under the bed. The cleaning staff was rude rolling their eyes and saying the rooms weren’t that bad. "As a female who travels alone, this hotel makes me feel very safe. My room was very clean as was the entire hotel. The breakfast was good and plentiful. I’ll stay here any time when I travel."

"Room was not clean at check-in. Someone had been on the bed & it was a mess. Dirty sheets in a laundry basket sitting on the counter. Floor was soaked. Looked like some dried weeds or something on rhe counter as well as a cigarette lighter. Door to room was not even closed when we arrived. No one was at the front desk to move us to another room. Called & the clerk had to go back to the office to see if another room was available. She moved us to a room below the first room. It was a loud night....

"It was an older building that had been added on to. Only 2 handicapped parking spots and they were always taken. My wife and I are both handicapped. There was a terrible smell as soon as we got out of the car."

"The online pictures look very nice, and they do look like the pictures but once inside the room it is nasty feeling, looks like they haven’t been properly maintained for years. You can tell they are used as weekly and/or monthly rentals. Disappointing and deceiving !!!!"
