"Clean rooms, good services and amenities!"

"This is a good place to go with kids however the rooms are long and narrow and our would sleep 6 people but not enough hanging or drawer space for clothes. The indoor water park is great and I found one young man who could answer questions that you may have but everyone else in the building did not seem to know much about the property. Adventure forest area is way too HOT. The employees have fans but nothing for guests! Be prepared to walk your legs off if you stay on the second floor away from...

"Wonderful hotel! Room was very spacious as was the bathroom! Loved the walk-in shower! Breakfast was plentiful and included everything on a restaurant menu. An indoor pool as well as 2 outdoor pools and a lazy river. This hotel was absolutely perfect!"

"When I booked our rooms I asked for them to to be close together or conjoining. Or rooms were on separate ends of hotel. My rooms were paid in full they tried charging another $1600. 00 when I got there. Also my daughters room they never cleaned during our stay and when she asked them to they just gave her new towels and never emptied her garbage cans they had to take their own garbage to dumpster. I had to ask for towels for our room because ours were minimaly replaced. Continental breakfast...
