"The property is absolutely stunning!! I was so impressed! Very clean, I’ve stayed at many of the resorts in the Dells in the past, and moving forward, I would always choose to stay here. I’ve stayed at resorts nationwide and worldwide, and Taylor at the front desk is truly the sweetest person to ever check my family and me in. She made such a great first impression and made us feel so at home during our stay, which really added to that familiar, friendly Midwest Wisconsin feel."

"Best part? Free admission to the park when you stay at the hotel. Not the best hotel- beds were not super comfortable and there were no staff around!!! You get what you pay for and it worked good enough for us but we would probably not stay there again. They have a lot of buildings and we should have tried to get something closer to the theme/water park! Everything in the dells is super expensive, including mediocre food and watered down beverages at the theme/water park!"

"We were not informed "NO WEEKEND ROOM CLEANING" Very upsetting! Called, to front desk. We had to go down & puck up sheets, towels etc. For the person nights cost this was EXTREMELY UNCALLED FOR! Your staff can't walk/elevator to accommodate us? Very upsetting. Our stay for 2 nights was $1207..this type of NO SERVICE! LAZY! Without people like ourselves, you wouldn't have a hotel, and you take advantage of your guests like this? We will tell our friends of your poor accommodations for weekend guests. Questioning whether we'll stay with you ever again."

"Great breakfast! Room was clean, quiet, and staff friendly. Only downsides for what I used is that there is only one elevator for the entire building and the tub is slow in draining so you are standing in water when taking a shower. I experienced that in two different rooms (slow drainage) during my stay on separate weeks. Will definitely stay again."

The room was spacious, updated TV, extra long vanity in bathroom (never knew those come in handy until I started traveling more for work!!) the restaurant was great too…. Great food and atmosphere. The front staff greeted you with a text after checking in, and added that touch of communication if I needed something. I will definitely be staying here again."
