The staff is lovely, Lafayette’s is a cafe you never want to leave, and the hotel overall continues to age in the very best way. And yes, I’ve stayed in other Cork hotels, and I’ve found no comparison. Thank you once again Imperial for a lovely holiday!"

"Spacious, clean room with an actual king bed. Breakfast had plenty of options and if you pay the night before it’s discounted. You really can’t beat the options or price. Ate in the bistro three of our nights and each time food was great with an attentive staff. "

"Perfect location, very walkable. The hotel is older and there is no elevator and no one to help carry your luggage up. We were on the 3rd floor and it was a challenge. Also, the rooms in the photos must be their very limited more spacious room because our room had no floor space- which is fine, but unexpected. The rooms definitely live into the name, it was perfect for the pricepoint. "
