"La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable. Cependant, quelques petits points sont améliorés comme un volet qui ne tient pas ou encore, l’absence de produits de soin corporels. L’accueil est toutefois très courtois et l’hôtesse donne énormément de conseils sur la région. "

"Upon arrival, we were helped right away with check in. The staff were very helpful with getting my luggage to the floor our room was which was greatly appreciated! Room was clean and the AC was wonderful after a very hot journey getting to Bordeaux. The breakfast buffet was good enough for feeding us the next morning before doing our exploring around the city. Check out was quick and easy with friendly staff who accommodated us with English. I would definitely stay here again if I make my way...

"Staff was friendly and helpful when we arrived. They spoke excellent English which was great for us. The location is close to lots of cafes and wine bars. The breakfast was amazing. Eggs to order, bacon, sausage, potatoes, crepes fruit, yogurt....fresh pastries.... Pretty much everything you would want in a breakfast. Even the view from the patio was stunning."

"Nice place to stay close to airport. Easy stop over spot if you pass through Bordeaux. They have a shuttle which is nice but it’s only a 10-15 minute walk from the terminal. Save a day on car rental and stay here!"

I was there for three nights and it was just steps away from most of the main restaurant, bars and shopping streets in the old town. "The concierge and team were fabulous. They helped organise a private wine tour in St Emilion with three very different tasting experiences. We were a group of five and it felt really special. They also recommended and helped booked restaurants - Influences was outstanding with a blind tasting menu and prices so reasonable compared to London. The hotel location was excellent for walking around Bordeaux and very handy for the tram which was very easy to use. We caught the tram to the train...

"予約後に、ホテルから丁寧なメッセージをもらい、チェックイン時間だけでなく、シティツアーやホテルの施設に利用に関する情報も教えてもらうことができ、旅行前からとても楽しみになりました。 初日の15時のチェックイン時は部屋の準備に少し時間がかかったため、２回ほど外出しなければならず、予定より遅れて18時頃に入室することになりましたが、その間もフロントスタッフの皆さんが笑顔で丁寧に対応してくださいました。また、紹介していただいたレストランも素晴らしく、安心して食事を楽しむことができました。スタッフのホスピタリティが印象的で、快適に滞在できるホテルでした。"

"Great unique hotel. A little further away from tourist sites but still easily walkable to get to them and the train was easy to take as well with a convenient stop nearby. Pay parking lot was also convenient. Spa was an added bonus and the rooftop and restaurant were fabulous! Definitely recommend!"

"The location is very convenient and close to the cathedral st Andre and the hotel de ville. Also about 5 min to most bistros. The staff at reception was amazing. Claire was so professional and knowledgeable she helped us plan our stay. Amande as well as most of the personnel. We recommend this hotel. The only negative point there was no little fridge in the room."
