"Hôtel à retenir pour sa facilité d'accès, son calme, l'accueil. Le personnel est souriant et très prévenant. Les chambres sont propres, les lits confortables. Une halte très aisée, très proche de l'autoroute, et dans une zone très calme. Le petit déjeuner est bien complet. Le snack est très appréciable quand on a fait beaucoup de kilomètres et que l'on préfère manger rapidement pour aller se reposer. (Sinon, il y a une brasserie pas très loin aussi). Merci"

"Upon arrival, we were helped right away with check in. The staff were very helpful with getting my luggage to the floor our room was which was greatly appreciated! Room was clean and the AC was wonderful after a very hot journey getting to Bordeaux. The breakfast buffet was good enough for feeding us the next morning before doing our exploring around the city. Check out was quick and easy with friendly staff who accommodated us with English. I would definitely stay here again if I make my way...

The room was extremely comfortable, with modern air conditioning that worked perfectly during the heat wave, something that is surprisingly hard to find in France. The building also has an elevator, which was very convenient. The best part is the location. The hotel is right next to the train station, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere in the city. Most attractions are within 10 minutes, and there are plenty of restaurants just a short...

"This is truly a five star hotel and experience. The location is perfect - so many stores and restaurants in walking distance and very easy tram system next to hotel (our first time using tram and wonderful way to get around, Bordeaux is huge). The staff are wonderful and provide high level service throughout your stay. Breakfast buffet is outstanding with great service and variety. Spa is special. Definitely recommend highly."
