"Best hotel ever. Rooms were fabulous both visits. Staff were great and they were willing to look after our luggage, book cabs and were just beyond a smile. Love this hotel and if we are ever back in Bordeaux I would stay there again and again. Decor was also very nice. "

"Clean. Quiet. Showed up too early, the room was not ready yet. Left my luggage with them. Came back in the afternoon and the luggage was already in my room. Very nice. "

"The hotel was in a great location for all the key sights in Bordeaux. The rooms although typically European small looked like they had been refurbished yesterday . The staff could not have been more attentive. Would definitely return again!"
