"Friendly staff, nice room with two balconies."

"All the staff on reception were really helpful and attentive to requests. The room was spotless everyday with towel decorations. The breakfast was excellent. One suggestion would be to move the tea and coffee making and juices to the lounge to make more room in the serving area as the breakfast area is quite small. Very highly rated and we would definitely go back"

"Complimentary drink on the rooftop at sunset - lovely!"

"Beautiful hotel, perfect location with friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was amazing."

"Staff were very friendly and accommodating, hotel was central, clean and comfortable bed, only downside was we booked courtyard view room and we had a view of the lift from a tiny window. No other windows in the room, so basically had to keep curtains closed the full time as everyone could see in our room when waiting for the lift."

"Stayed at the Grand Habour view Sky suite for 3 nights. WiFi was not working on day 1, one of the bedside lamps was not working. AC could not be adjusted (only on/off). Like the space and the view, and the staff was very friendly and did their best to help, but the maintenance should be done much better."

"Brand-new beautifully designed and renovated building with spacious rooms and every amenity."

"This is our second stay at The Cumberland and it was as wonderful as our first. This was a very late booking as we needed a single night stay due to a flight cancellation in nearby Sicily. We arrived late at night and the room was perfectly clean and a very welcome relief after an extremely stressful day, the check in staff were delightful and then the breakfast the following morning was just what we needed. We will of course return!"

"We arrived late at the hotel and, as expected, the frond door was locked. This was very promptly delt with by the on call night staff and we found everything ready for us. Our room was clean, the hot water hot, and all the room facilities in good repair and very comfortable. Following an excellant continental breakfast we found the center of Valetta only 2 mins walk away so 10/10 for location. But ALL the staff were the stars, never too much bother, a genuine can I do anything else to help...
