"Best thing about this hotel is the location - super central to the Cathedral and Royal Alcázar of Seville, really could not get any closer. Plenty around in terms of food, fast food, tapas, and check-in was nice and easy with friendly staff. Really liked the mattresses, firm and comfy. "OSTELLO con posizione strategica per visitare Siviglia! Il personale, presente H24, è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. Ho usufruito di una camera mista da 4 con bagno: pulita, bagno completo dei servizi che veniva pulito ogni giorno. Aria condizionata in stanza. Per quanto centrale non era rumoroso. Carino anche il piccolo terrazzo. Non ho usufruito del servizio di colazione( (4.5€/die) ma ci sono tante opzioni vicino per tutti i gusti e tutte le tasche."

"From the point of check end, the whole experience is super bad. Unfriendly front office team and to the room experience with the electricity cutting off automatically unless there is a movement in the room every few minutes. Calls after calls to Front Deck, issue is not even resolved. Corridor on the floor towards room from lift landing are very dark, as the auto sensor lights does not light up until after more than 30 seconds. The worst hotel I had ever stayed in! "
