"Maintenance lacking, stovetop inop. Problem with toilet clogs. Kitchen sink is leaking unless turned very hard. Trouble checking in at first, but clerk finally found envelope with my name on it with key. Need to find better way to ensure easier check in. Although it seems I am being kind of hard on them, all in all stay was ok. "

This is supposed to be used for facial recognition to access the building and common areas such as the pool and gym.
