"Perfect location, amazing staff, and just overall a lovely experience. Our return flight got cancelled due to weather at the return location and had to stay an extra 5 days and the staff were understanding and accommodating. We will definitely revisit! Lisbon was also more than we expected, one of our top vacation spots! "

"We did not use any of the extra amenities such as the dining room or breakfast. The breakfast buffet was too pricey at 18€ pp and no à la carte. But we did use room service for a pizza dinner which was reasonably priced! The only complaint I have was the bed size. We asked for at least a queen but got a double, and we were too tired to switch it, so just dealt with it. "

"The evening staff seemed very unprofessional. One of the cleaning crew took our room key after cleaning, we had no ac running which was not a big deal, but when I called the male staff told me I gotta come get the key cause one of his coworker is on break. I asked, if he can drop it off later in his convenient time, he said no, so I went down and found out he wasn’t alone. The next day, cleaning crews did not leave enough towels so I called to ask if they can drop off more towels when they can, the same guy said he cannot and told me I need to come get it. I told him my daughter is in sleep and cannot leave her alone, he said he still cannot do that..so I just ended up not getting the towels. Those are just two examples. Breakfast was also not ready on time half time during our week stay. We waited over 45mins in the breakfast area one day but still it wasn’t fully ready. Overall, I wouldn’t go back to this hotel due to the low quality service i experienced from those evening staff. "

"Loud rumbling through our room made it impossible to sleep. Sounded like a jet engine all day and night until around 1:30am. Starts again around 6am. Property is nice enough but doesn’t mean anything unless sleep is possible. Would visit the rooftop bar would not stay here again. "

"The room was clean and good. They have us some cookies and chocolates for the room since we were there on Easter weekend "

"The staff were nice, the location was okay, but the bathroom sink faucets and push buttons made me feel like I was in an airport bathroom. Also, there were two mirrors in the room. You really didn't know what was behind the wall, a wall, or a camera, because the mirrors were made in a way that let see through from behind."

"We were on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. There is a shared bathroom but I never ran into anyone else. They kept it clean. You have to sign up for breakfast in 1/2 hour increments. I had a great view of the square. Easy access to several types of public transportation. I would definitely stay here again."
