Due to business, I had to extend my stay an additional day, Mr Diego help me and made the process easy. This is my second stay at the Sheraton. The only concern I have is that when I checked in, there were some extra charges I was not told about when I booked through Expedia. Even though I pre-paid for my stay, they still charged me extra. Other than that I loved my stay."
