"Not excellent...biggest issues: no toilet paper or soap until next morning, shower hot water was quite cold. Building in rough shape, especially flooring, though it looks like they're making improvements (painting walls etc.). Not a fan of the virtual check-in: a bit confusing and too impersonal, though I eventually figured it out. "Property was solid. Room was solid. The only thing is that the windows aren’t that insulated so you will hear outside if it’s loud. A lot of people traveling stay at this property, so it’s easy to find people to socialize with. "
