"We had Room 202, so that is the base of our experience. Staff was helpful. Beds was all right, clean comfy, but with only one pillow per bed; the other pillow was a decoration, I was undecided if there is fresh cover on it or not, so it's definitelly a no go for sleep. There is no fridge in the room, no elevator in the house but a narrow staircase. No chance for breakfast, however this hotel adverts itself as a FOUR STAR hotel for some reason. "On arriving I was the outside appearance was a bit of a shock and I doubted wether as a single female traveller to stay there was some rooms where the curtains in the windows was torn down , broken chair outside , some of the other guests was outside let's just say was enjoying a few pints etc but I gave it a benefit of the doubt and went and checked in so I could see what the room was like before making a disision wether to not stay. "Room was very clean as was the bathroom. It had everything you needed and it was all clearly labelled. Kingsize bed was really comfy. Curtains were blackout so no light got through. Situated in a lovely quiet area so there was no noise throughout the night. Throughly enjoyed the room. Had no issues are complaints. "
