"The amenities didn't get a perfect score only because a soccer tournament was in town and an enormous number of tweener boys completely took over the pool, jacuzzi, and fire pit areas. "Staff at front desk that check us in, was very very rude and show no respect on us. He yell and embarrass us infront of other guest. He treated to cancel our reservation due to us asking the same question if how long before a room could be available. He could have been nicer, a little smile wont hurt, a better and kind words won’t hurt. Just image tried from driving and meeting a RUDE, DiSRESPECTFUL, person.
