"Stacey, had cleaned our room to a very high standard, everything, we needed, fresh linen,etc, spotless, excellent!!! Reception staff, very welcoming, informative, &, helpful,. Very comfortable bed, &, very quiet, considering building work across from hotel going on. Samantha in the restaurant was an excellent host, polite, friendly, &, helpful, very hard worker, &, good food."

"Had a wonderful and peaceful stay for my birthday - staff very kindly upgraded my room. I had the most relaxing facial at the spa which was worth every penny! I also really enjoyed the fish and chips from the restaurant. Cleanliness was overall good, but could've been improved when it came to stains on the sofa in the room, occasional hairs left on furniture and insects found in-between the window frames. I understand some of these can be difficult to remove, but that attention to detail would've have made the stay 10/10 for me. "

"Wonderful staff, very accommodating and nice restaurants. Location was great for access. Gym is on the small side, but adequate facilities. In room AC didn't go below 19 degrees, so room was a warm. However still a great place to stay. "

"Good value hotel accomodation. Free parking. Helpful staff. Yes the hotel is dated definitely not contemporary..look out for the bird pictures. the gold bobble wall decorations, the few steps up to first floor ( not sure how that worked!), the fish tank and the school hall looking breakfast room...but....the rooms are very clean, towels clean, great simple breakfast (lovely waffles) and all at a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again"

"Brilliant experience at the double tree in Dartford, staff were pleasant, hotel is in great condition and was super comfortable, I would definitely book to go again. The afternoon tea was lovely, my family enjoyed and the bar staff serving were very attentive to our needs. The in house restaurant was such pleasure to be in."
