The building I stayed in (230's) clearly had MAJOR foundational issues. The front door wouldn't stay closed and the restroom door didn't lock due to the doors not being able to stay within the frame. Their fix was to add door sweeps and extra long weather stripping to plug the gaps. Anyone who pushes hard enough can get into any room, there is not much keeping things closed. The price point ($150) is outrageous for this decaying building. The amenities were basic (fridge, microwave) and the room itself was clean, but nothing to warrant Holiday Inn pricing. Also they have Direct TV cable box, but the remote they provide is not compatible with it so you have to manually toggle channels on the box itself. The hotel caters to many railroad workers and they are outside on their phones at all hours of the night talking loudly on speaker. The town of Wickenburg itself shuts down at 8-9pm so don't expect any type of provisions if you're passing through. If you are a traveler, just keep driving to Phoenix and find something more accommodating to traveling guests; this hotel caters to workers who practically live there, not you.
