"The room was terrible and not properly cleaned! Towels were stained with hair on several of them as well as the wash clothes! The toilet was severely stained inside the toilet bowl. The tub was stained as well as paint peeling in the inside of the tub! The sink water took over 5 minutes to get warm! The towel holder was dirty and dusty! The remote to the TV was dirty, sticky, and stained, i didn't even touch it! The fridge and microwave was dirty inside and out! This was the most terrible...

"The hotel is easy to locate and has plenty of lit parking. The staff is very friendly and eager to please. Our 2 queen room "suite" was great. It had a separate couch area to stretch out on which could have been made into a trundle bed. The regular beds were very comfortable. For my taste the bedroom area was a little bit dim on lighting but if you left the large bathroom door open with the light on it was fine. There is a small desk by couch that's well lit. "Well maintained facility "

"All the staff were very helpful. There were nice areas to get together with my colleagues to talk and hang out. The room was very clean and had many options such as a toaster, microwave, stovetop, fridge/freezer, large closet with extra blankets, pillows. The room could maybe use a little upkeep on the paint, but really not bad. I will come back soon for my next business trip."

"Where do I start? The maintenance crew would be where to start. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, the sink faucet was very loose and moving around, the toilet was running, but my husband fixed that. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles provided. "

"Very clean and beautiful hotel. The rooms are elegant with cozy furniture and bedding and great views! I had a golf view room, and enjoyed visiting the courtyard and sitting by the lake. Would highly recommend staying here; it’s safe and friendly for solo travelers and in a great location near the freeway and lots of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. My only gripe was that the hotel tried to charge me for market items (snacks + a bottle of wine) when I hadn’t ordered any. "Our stay here was amazing! The staffs were quick to respond with any questions or concerns. The only issue we had was the s'mores kit was stale and the popcorn was expired. I’m sure we could’ve got that resolved but it wasn’t really a big issue! 10/10 would "

"1. Room 103, had nor room darkening shades. Did not discover this until going to bed which was late. Reported to staff in morning. 2. East Parking lot security accessed side door would not close and therefore provided no protection for the guests and staff. Reported to front desk, they dais they were trying to get it repaired."
