"Comfortable rooms, location perfect for what we needed"

"Needs good cleaning in rooms they are musty, its room are clean but they charge as much for more expensive hotel and not as clean, you want a great smell and clean feel."

We called the front desk to get a blow dryer and the staff reported they would check and call us back and never did. It was also disappointing that there was no breakfast."

"The room was spacious with nice decor and seating options. The ceiling had water stains in 2 places. The pillow were nice and comfy. I had to moved three times due to the first room AC not working properly, the second room had a heavy cologne smell like the previous guest possibly wasted or busted a bottle somewhere on the carpet. "Originally rented a jacuzzi King bed rm (online thru Expedia) This particular rm showed availability w/jacuzzi but rooms that had them were rented. We specifically chose to pay the higher amount so I was greatly disappointed. The 3rd party issue was sort of explained. But then the room reeked of cigarettes to which I must be allergic to bc it immediately triggers a headache. Mr. Jeff was very accommodating & profusely gave his apologies & upgraded us.
