"Great property but TV don’t work, the IR code for food didn’t work. When I organised the room service food there were hardly any choices and the food was bad. Same with pool service. Don’t expect this from such a prestigious hotel. "

"Check in was confusing, but the host helped sort it out. Room was nice but had not been cleaned properly, curtains were dusty, dust everywhere, dirty bathroom vent and malfunctioning light. Beautiful scenery and surroundings. Wish it had a coffee maker as I had to walk a block to get coffee in the morning. Rooftop pool was outstanding."
