Location is perfect for me with my trains arriving into Central station, the lobby is excellent for working during my visit with plentiful power sockets for laptops and a quiet relaxed vibe. "the staff where nothing but rude. we made a complaint at 3 am because the room above us woke us up with all the banging . i went down the stairs to report it but nothing got done about it . went back to my to my room and was on the phone we asked to add on a extra night but because i was a little bit to loud but when the manager asked me to "stop being loud" so i did . even tho i was just on the phone to my mum . do not suggest "
