"We enjoyed our three night stay at The Twelve hotel in Barna. We decided to try staying outside of Galway and used bus and taxi to get in and out of town. The hotel is very nice. The room is spacious (we had a King suite). The morning breakfast was excellent. While Barna was not particularly walkable, we were able to take the city bus both into Galway to explore the city and take an excursion to the Cliffs of Moher, as well as to the ferrys to Aran Islands. "Loved our stay here! Rooms are great and you are on the water! We enjoyed the room, views of the bay from the room, and being just across the street from the promenade. Our kids jumped off the dive board which was a highlight of their trip to Galway! We loved the hotel, enjoyed drinks in the sunroom looking at the bay, and the Irish breakfast is fantastic. "This was a beautiful bed and breakfast. Wolfgang is the sweetest man you'll meet and greeted everyone like they're family. They provide a scrumptious homemade breakfast that includes fresh baked bread, eggs, bacon, and so much more. You won't be disappointed by the options. We wish we could have stayed longer. The place itself is so unique and cozy. I highly recommend booking a stay here."
