"I got a room that you could tell sat for a while. There was mouse poop next to the toilet and in the shower, on the sheets. I had to let the water run in the sink and in the tub for 15-20 minutes so that the brown water cleared up. Very outdated but the good thing from my stay is that it was close to the resort. "

You have to keep calling the number posted on the window and they forward your calls to voicemail. "Quiet, not crowded at all, and breakfast included is a plus. Some staff were friendly. I did receive accommodation for the pool being closed. My granddaughter and Daughter enjoyed the H2O waterpark. It’s not a 5 star resort but it will do. The pool was closed for a couple of days, It would’ve been nice to be notified. I will come again but I will call in Advance to see what’s open and what’s close. "
