The location was great, the pool was great and the environment was beautiful. The cottage was okay but the fan wasn't cooled enough even when put on high. The shelf was dusty and there were ants on the floor.

Small, but functional for a quick stay.

Teeny tiny but functional for a quick stay, more just a base to come and go from, rather than a place to hang out. Some net curtains to allow some privacy, but allowing light in might make it a little more private as its right by the driveway. Citadel over the road had lovely meals. Close to all the places we needed to go in Whanganui over the weekend.

Very spacious family unit. Very clean, new carpet, nice and warm with a heat pump. Well appointed kitchen. Is near the beach and was walking distance to the event in Castlecliff that we were attending.

By the beach

Lovely little cabin, good kitchen, only 3 dining chairs at the table! Bed was hard but some people like that. Plenty of space. The sauna was not working and neither was the pool, the lady didn't know how to use the sauna and she had to shock treat the pool, this could of been done over night, one of the reasons we booked the pool and the sauna so really annoying they were both closed. Kids were looking forward to a swim. Good play ground for smaller kids next door, beach a few minutes walk away. Would stay again.

Excellent stay in Wangers.

Manager made us feel very welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. A brand new cabin was commissioned for us so that we could have a Bath included.
